Hi, and welcome to a quick blog post on the recreational things we’ve done while in Stockholm (don’t worry, business is coming later!). On Wednesday after we got to Stockholm, it was off to Old town! We were able to see all of the amazing architecture that Stockholm had to offer, including traditional candy stores, churches, colorful buildings, and even a special changing of the guards at the palace!
The next day we had the opportunity to visit two museums, the Modern Art museum, and the National Museum of Art! They had such a unique variety of traditional, modern, and even some controversial pieces across both museums, which was amazing to see. We rounded off the night with some amazing thai food downtown.
The next day after the business visits we relaxed around the city (and did some laundry!), and then our entire trip group met up at Noels for some good food and some good laughs! Although neither of us is a singer, we tried our best at singing Tiktok, and we enjoyed all the performances we saw that night!
Finally, on our full free day, we took it nice and slow. Starting with a late breakfast, we slowly made our way into the city and did some much-needed shopping. Then we relaxed in the afternoon, ventured on a boat tour around the major sights in the city, and had our last night in Stockholm in the Old Town. It’s time for us to get some sleep before our flight tomorrow!
