Hej! My name is Gabrielle Cohen, but I go by Gabby. I am a Flex MBA student graduating in December 2023. I will be a double Chapman alumni as I graduated from undergrad in 2016. During undergrad I was lucky enough to take a travel course where I went to Vietnam. It was an amazing experience so I know this one will be too! Since graduating in 2016, I entered the education and mental health industry as a Human Resources Assistant for a non profit in Los Angeles. Today, I am still at the same company but as a HR Manager in charge of all our training and development, operations and implementation and strategy for the entire company. After graduating with my MBA, I would like to move away from Human Resources into more of a operations and consulting role.
I am thrilled to be traveling to my 19th and 20th countries and adding more cities to my list as well. I love traveling and exploring new places and will continue this trip to Oslo and Bergen, Norway. I am ready to immerse myself in the Scandinavian culture and excited to visit the different companies that the professor has set up for us. Here is a picture of me the last time I was in Copenhagen back in 2015.
Skål!

Hi! My name is Rebekah Segal. I will also be a double Chapman alumni as I just finished my undergraduate degree Saturday, May 20th. I’m currently a 4+1 MSA student here at Chapman and. I’ll be graduating in December 2023 and then working on studying for the CPA exam. This will be my first time out of the country, and I’m so excited to explore! I’ve always wanted to travel abroad and am very fortunate to have this amazing opportunity. Once I complete the MSA program, I will start working full-time at Ernst & Young in Audit. I am planning on traveling a lot in the future and will hopefully be doing a rotation in a foreign country for a few years. I’m extremely excited to learn more about Scandinavia and learn about the culture and how it differs from my norms.
Skål!
Rebekah
